We have extensive experience in dealing with the regulatory authorities in the aviation sector, including the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. We have advised and assisted several prominent companies in the aviation sector in negotiating various purchase agreements, leasing contracts, vendor contracts, maintenance contracts for the engines, general maintenance agreements for its aircraft, maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) agreements, ticketing software contracts etc.
